Guest Relations Officer
Location: Ouranoupolis, Chalkidiki
The Guest Relations Officer will have to interact with guests and provide individual and high quality service and information according to company’s standards with a view to maximizing guest satisfaction.
Welcome guests in a polite, friendly and professional way
Ensure excellent response to all requests and complaints; maintain confidentiality of guests information and follow proper protocol
Offer any kind of assistance to the Front Office department
Build full knowledge of resort and hotel facilities, services and local area; make reservations according to demands
Collaborate closely with all departments to maintain awareness of new promotions and communicate them to the guests effectively
Maintain at all times a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position ideally within a 5* Luxury Hotel
Excellent knowledge of English language; a second language (German, Russian or French) will be considered as a plus
Computer literacy and experience in Opera / Fidelio programs
Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, problem solving person
Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management
Pleasant personality with enviable customer service skills, a team player passionate about the job and focused on providing high quality results
