We are currently seeking Guest Relations Manager to join our Front Office Team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate has substantial experience within the 5star hospitality and will be enthusiastic, self motivated, passionate about delivering excellent service and display a professional and courteous attitude at all times.

The successful candidate will be required to take care of all VIP guests and coordinate with all concerned departments to fulfill guest needs and requests


To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills and values that follow:

An ability to Listen and Respond to demanding Guest needs, Commitment to delivering a high levels of customer service, Accountable and Resilient, interpersonal and communication skills, Ability to work under pressure, Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations.
